 We offer a wide range of home and property services including handyman repairs, renovations & remodeling, landscaping/property cleanup, and seasonal services. If you’re not sure where your project fits, send us photos and we’ll point you in the right direction. 


 We service Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge, plus surrounding areas depending on job size and scheduling availability.


You can request a free quote by filling out our Request a Free Quote form and uploading photos of the job. The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate your quote will be.


 Most quotes are returned within 24–36 hours. Larger or more complex projects may take longer if we need additional details or an on-site visit.


To book an appointment, click Book an Appointment on our website and submit your details. Once received, we’ll confirm the next available scheduling window. 


You can request a preferred date/time, but selecting a time does not guarantee availability. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request based on our schedule and route planning. 


Our regular business hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
For Seasonal Snow Clearing, service hours run 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM during active weather days and peak snowfall periods. 


Sometimes, yes — depending on availability. Emergency or rush service may include additional fees and is not always guaranteed, especially during peak seasons. 


In some cases, yes. Service fees vary by location and job type and help cover travel time, tools, and scheduling costs. Any applicable service fee will be clearly communicated before booking. 


Yes. Most booked work requires a deposit to confirm scheduling. Deposits help secure your spot and cover prep time and materials planning. 


 We accept:
E-Transfer (Preferred), Credit, and Debit. 


 Yes — we can provide receipts and invoices upon request. 


 Yes — we are insured for the services we provide. 


We stand behind our workmanship. If something isn’t right, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to make it right.  We offer a 90 day warranty on labour for the projects we work on, we do not cover product failure of any kind. 


 

Common handyman services include:


  • Drywall patching and small repairs 
  • Painting touch-ups and trim work 
  • Door hardware installs and repairs 
  • TV mounting and shelving 
  • Caulking and finishing work 
  • Light fixture replacements 
  • Minor plumbing fixes (depending on scope)


Renovation projects may include:


  • Bathroom refreshes and upgrades 
  • Kitchen updates (backsplash, repairs, installs) 
  • Flooring installs 
  • Basement improvements and finishing work 
  • Feature walls and interior upgrades
  • Custom trim and finishing carpentry


We can handle minor plumbing and minor electrical tasks depending on the scope. If your job requires specialty work or permits, we’ll advise you of the best next step. 


Yes. We can install customer-supplied items as long as they are compatible with the space and in good condition. If modifications are required, additional labour or materials may apply. 


Some jobs take longer due to hidden issues, material conditions, or unexpected complications. If anything changes, we’ll communicate it clearly and confirm next steps before moving forward. 


  •  48+ hours notice: you may reschedule once at no charge 
  • Less than 48 hours or no-show: minimum labour charges may apply and/or deposit may be forfeited 
  • If materials were purchased, material costs and restocking fees may apply
